Bar Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the bar, including overseeing inventory, staff scheduling, and financial performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
- Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to ensure they perform to the highest standards.
- Create and implement cocktail menus, ensuring quality and consistency in drinks served.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain bar inventory.
- Handle cash transactions and manage financial reports related to bar operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as other relevant laws and guidelines.
- Engage with guests, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction to build customer loyalty.
- Plan and organize special events and promotions to drive bar sales.
